What is the onboarding fee for?
A one-time white-glove engagement: legacy data migration, pipeline import, template rebuild and team training. $999 for the Small Independent Shop tier, $1,999 for Growth Brokerage Team. Waivable with a partner code.
Are vendor costs included?
No. Credit pulls, verifications, appraisals and doc-prep are billed at the vendor's rate with no markup, and every pull is itemized in the Integrations Hub.
Can we leave with our data?
