- Tenant created, branding applied, billing contact set
- Roles mapped: LO, processor, underwriter, closer, admin
- MFA enforced for admins, seat plan confirmed
- Kickoff call: name one executive sponsor and one power user
- Export from Encompass / Byte / spreadsheet into the migration wizard
- Field mapping reviewed with your processor, not just IT
- Active pipeline loaded first; closed-loan history loaded second
- Reconciliation report: record counts, dollar totals, missing docs
- Your credit vendor, AUS, e-sign and doc-prep credentials sealed in the vault
- Live verification harness run against every credential
- Go-live readiness board must be green before the first live file
- Fallback plan documented for any vendor not yet contracted
- Start with 5–10 real files in parallel with your current system

Miss the targets and we extend the pilot at no cost or help you export — we don't invoice a pilot that didn't work.
What we commit to
In writing, before kickoff
- No per-loan or per-funded-file fees during or after the pilot.
- Migration and configuration work is performed by us, not billed hourly.
- Your data is exportable in machine-readable form at any time, including on the day you leave.
- No auto-conversion: the pilot does not roll into a paid subscription unless you say yes in writing.
- Parallel running is expected — we never ask you to shut off your system of record on day one.
Exit criteria
How a pilot ends, either way
Targets met and compliance signed off. Your pilot workspace becomes your production workspace — no re-migration, no data reload. Billing starts on the first of the following month.
Full export of loans, documents and audit history in machine-readable form within 5 business days, workspace deleted on your confirmation, and nothing owed.
